Mid-Hoosier Volleyball Club

2012 MHVC Season

*  MHVC will begin practice on January 4th. 

*  Our teams will have 2 practices per week in January.  

*  Our teams will then have 1 or 2 practices per week in February and March

   when they begin to participate in tournaments.  

*  Our teams will participate in 6 local tournaments in the Indy and/or Muncie

   area during February and March. 

*  Our practices will be held at Greenfield-Central High School or at  

   Greenfield-Central JrHi School.

2012 MHVC Fees

*  MHVC fee will be $500 per player.

*  A player's fee includes all expenses, including

   - player & team registration fees

   - all tournament registration fees

   - 2 team jerseys

   - team sweatshirt

   - coaching

*  Fee payment schedule:

   - A $100 deposit payment is due at tryouts.

   - The remaining four $100 payments are due on 12/1, 1/1, 2/1, and 3/1.

*  A player will not be allowed to participate in tryouts without making the

   $100 deposit.

*  If a player is not selected for one of our teams, the $100 deposit will be

   fully refunded.

*  If a player decides not to play with our club, a refund will be given until

   11/19.  After the teams have been made, no refunds will be given.

*  A $25 late fee will be charged if a payment is more than ten days late.

*  All payments are to be paid by check and payable to MHVC.  (no cash)

*  All payments are to be mailed to our club address or given to Director.

*  NO payments will be accepted by the coaches!

 Hoosier Region Volleyball Registration

Each player must join the Hoosier Region volleyball association

 in order to be part of a club team.
